My Sunday Brunch Date:)

OK, before i start typing this post i must express my anger first. WTS, Damn pissed i already typed out a super long and decent very satisfying post and later i added one photo from my touch and then the whole post with words was gone just like that! WTF???! Arghhhh.

Forget it im gonna repost!

SO, hais. ok, So, had a brunch date on Sunday with P. We decided to explore Tiong Bahru since we know of a few nice cafes there and have always wanted to explore! Furthermore, i've never been to Tiong Bahru area before except for the one visit to Tiong Bahru Plaza with my poly clique. Hahaha. loser much. Ohwell, that makes visiting Tiong Bahru a new and good experience to me:) Sg is just way too small!!

Settled for brunch at The Orange Thimble:)

We ordered English breakfast. I substituted Sunny side up with scramble eggs. Love love scramble eggs. Love that it's wet and runny just the way scramble eggs should be! Best with salt and pepper. !! Portion was good for $11.50! Consider the fact that it doesn't have GST service charge! So it's a really affordable meal there. If i remember correctly, the other time at Hatched, we spent about 20bucks each without drinks. I only ordered banana french toast uh. So Orange Thimble is cheap uh!! For brunch and english breakfast! :)

P's with sunny side up. Tomato sucks btw. Toast was cold. abit too hard for me.

Caramel Machiatto was good! Ordered it with skimmed milk :) Not so sinful hehe. Foam was smooth and coffee taste wasn't too strong. Just nice:) like it.

Scones which i really wanted to try! It looks gooood. But we decided not to in the end cos we needa save some "space" for Tiong Bahru Bakery's bread and pastry!

Really wanted to try that Specialty bun with smoked salmon and ham! But we were both too full for it! Will def go back to try that hahaha so cool uh black bun. hahahaha

ohhhhhhh look at all the tarts, bread and pastry!! Really so tempted to try a little of everyth!! But too full too full!!!

Almond pastry with choc filling! Hot and soft. The pastry was really goooood. Choc filling was just right not too much! But, it gets kinda gelat after a few mouth of it! Best to be shared with a friend. I guess we were lucky cos we took the new batch which just came out from the oven ones. Otherwise i dont think it would be nice having it cold!

Apple crumble:) I like that it's flat and thin. Not as gelat. Not too sweet so it's goood too hehe. (actly i'm rly not the best person to comment on food cos to me everyth is good. I'm such a foodie. I eat alotttttt! That explains my fatness. Damn.. i'm going to run later! say bye to fats)

Couldn't finish! cos we were both too full! Had it after our english breakfast! too much too much.

Crochet lovin'

Headed back home with p slack and finish up my ppt. ww came over for dinner.
